THE LAST BIG BOY IN ABUJA

The seat of power of the Nigerian capital, Abuja, unsurprisingly prides itself in the aura of influence and wealth, you can almost grab some naira notes in the air when you reluctantly stretch an arm. Indeed cash flows and actually there are persons who hold the power that is expected of the city, a new trend, which I find smart yet funny has opened my eyes to the shocker that not everyone is who he poses to be in Abuja. Every weekend, girls flood into the city of wealth and class, but I'm not talking about the beautiful young women here today, them boys have my attention. Ever borrowed someone money and they pulled the Abuja stunt on you? What's the Abuja stunt?

 It is a very lucrative venture where a young man rents Hummer Jeeps, fancy clothes, expensive jewelry, and apartments to psychologically impress on the girl's mind the illusion that he is rich and has a constant abundance of cash flow. In the beginning, he takes her to exotic bars, pops imported wine, he is  basically always dropping hints of wealth here and there. It doesn't matter if you're a gullible person or not, you will instantly lay on the ground for this aura, now when a guy who drives a hummer jeep, pings on BBM with Davido, lives next to the minister of petroleum, "clubs in Vegas" every month asks you to borrow him 200k to pay his plumber because his ATM card was deactivated on Friday, its weekend and he can't renew it, he needs it and will return it first thing Monday morning, would you say no? Most likely not, but you should, because I don't know if there is any one last real big boy in Abuja. All na P A C K A G I N G!
